I still remember my first feeling getting my makeup done. I had acne growing up and felt so intimidated when I went to get my makeup done for the first time mind you it was for a wedding. So let me help put your mind at ease. Getting your makeup done is the perfect time to enjoy some well-deserved TLC (pamper time).  Whether you know what look you want or you're not sure and are after some guidance, Isabella will work closely with you step by step to ensure that you get your desired look and feel comfortable in your skin.

I generally have a minimum number of 3-4 people. However, I am happy to discuss options for smaller numbers depending on the date/location. 

Please note, this minimum is for travel bookings. There is NO minimum for in-studio bookings with a group ect.

Unfortunately, Im not gifted in hair styling. I want to ensure that I am delivering 100% to every client which is why I have chosen to focus on makeup and nails only. I'd be more than happy to recommend some hair stylists for your occasion,  Ask ahead and I'll forward through the details!

A Standard Makeup Application takes 1hr 15mins. The duration for a special effects application varies depending on the look you choose.

Isabella recommends waxing at least 4-5 days prior to your makeup appointment as wax can remove skin and make it harder for makeup to adhere. Fake tans are best applied two days before your event so there’s time for the colour to set.

NO, we only offer Gel services on natural nails such as BIAB (Builder Gel), and strengthening gel manicures. 

NO, we do not offer pedicure services 

Every 3-4 weeks is what is recommended. If you leave your infills past the recommended time you run the risk of infection due to lifting and therefore water could get trapped under the enhancement. 

BIAB (builder gel) can last anywhere from 3-4 weeks and also past this time 6 weeks and on the retention is AMAZING! Although past the 3-4 weeks is not recommended. 

A strengthening gel manicure is a thicker base gel that is applied as an overlay on the natural nail ideally for clients with soft, weak, and brittle nails. This allows clients to get longer retention. This lasts from 2-3 weeks and also past this time from 5-6 weeks this all also depends if the client follows the correct aftercare advice. A nail tech can do their best work but the majority also relies on the client taking care of their nails and not using them as TOOLS. 

Our gel polish (shellac) lasts from 2-3 weeks and more from 3-4 weeks this all also depends if the client follows the correct aftercare advice and is not like regular (shellac) gel at most salons. The use of an e-file is used with a certain technique to ensure a clean nail plate for a smooth gel application and adhesion of the gel to the natural nail this ensures maximum longevity of the gel with little to no chipping/lifting.

Nail art takes time. My appointments are booked almost back to back therefore, we require a photo of the exact art you are after so that we can book you in for the allocated time for the art. Little adjustments to the nail art are considered depending on time.

You should not use them as TOOLS, make sure that you wear gloves when cleaning, and using chemicals, MAKE SURE that you apply cuticle oil twice daily or at least once a day at night. We have cuticle oil in the salon to purchase and I recommend all my clients to use it as it aids in not drying out the natural nail which then leads to the enhancement lifting and not lasting. 

You should exfoliate the day before your tan! Also the day of your tan lightly exfoliate to remove any dead skin for the most even-looking tan. 

You should have a shower and lightly exfoliate your body. Why you should shower? to remove any sweat before your tan. After your shower do not apply any moisturizers, or deodorants on your body. Don't wear makeup or any accessories! Wear loose clothes to your appointment to avoid marks on your body from tight clothing. You want to make sure you have something very loose to wear after your tan e.g. a loose strapless dress or shorts with an oversized top.

When it comes to shaving before your spray tan, ideally you should shave at least 24 hours before your tan. 

Our spray tans will last up to a week or more. However, there are so many things that you can do to make your spray tan last!

The tanning solution takes a while to develop, you shouldn't start moisturizing until after your first shower, with soap. 

The beauty of spray tans is that they are safe, quick, and a healthy way to get a tan. Our Spray Tans take around 30 minutes to apply. 

All you need to do is hop in the shower, use warm water, and just stand under the shower head until all the tan washes off and the water is clear. DON'T FREAK OUT YOU HAVEN'T LOST YOUR TAN!  DO NOT SCRUB IT OFF OR USE YOUR HANDS TO SCRUB YOUR SKIN LET THE WATER DO THE JOB!

Now that your tan has developed overnight. You can hop in the shower and shower with soap! lightly wash your body without scrubbing like crazy.

It is recommended to have a spray tan 2 days before your event. This ensures that your tan is fully developed and will set in and looks fabulous. 

Yes, you certainly can! you can wear your own undies or whatever you feel comfortable in! Girl to Girl I totally get you no need to be ashamed! it happens and sometimes you can't do anything about it.
