Clients must read and understand the terms and conditions before booking an appointment with Nail’d It By Bella. Booking an appointment confirms that you have read and agree with all terms and conditions.
BOOKING DEPOSITS
All deposits made to secure your appointment are deductible from the total service cost on the day of your appointment. Nail’d It By Bella charges a $50 booking deposit.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS
Appointments are not secure until a deposit has been paid. Once the T&Cs have been read and the deposit payment has been made, you will receive an appointment confirmation via text message and email. If you do not receive the confirmation after booking an appointment, please contact Isabella as soon as possible.
PUNCTUALITY
If you are running late, please notify Isabella via text message, call or Instagram as soon as possible with your estimated time of arrival. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, this may result in your service being modified or cancelled. If your service needs to be modified as a result of being late e.g. (modified to a removal service) instead of an infill), you will still be charged for the service you initially booked for. If you do not attend your appointment without an explanation (no-show), this may result in you being unable to book an appointment with Nail'd It By Bella in future and the full cost of your service will be charged at the next booking.
CHILDREN POLICY
Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the salon.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We understand unplanned events can occur resulting in the need to cancel your appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, we can allocate your booking deposit to another appointment, however, we are unable to refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited as a late cancellation fee. Which will result in another $50 deposit for a new booking.
PAYMENTS
Nail'd It By Bella accepts bank transfers or 'tap & go' via a smart EFTPOS reader. Please note that 'tap & go' payments incur a surcharge.
REPAIRS & REFUNDS
If you require a repair due to lifting, chipping or accidental damage within 2 days after your appointment, please notify Isabella immediately to arrange a time for a complimentary repair. If a repair is requested after the (2-day grace period) it will incur a repair fee. Nail'd It By Bella does not offer refunds of any completed services once you have exited the salon. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your service, please address this while you are in the salon and reasonable changes can be made. As soon as you exit the salon that means you are satisfied with the service provided. If you are dissatisfied with your service and inform Isabella once you have left the salon, a fee may be applied to fix/ change your nails depending on your request.
REACTIONS
During the consultation, if Isabella determines that you may have any contraindications (e.g. excessively damaged nails, infections or what could look to be an infection, severe onycholysis) that prevent you from receiving the desired service or the service poses a health hazard to you, the service will not proceed and the appointment will be cancelled resulting in your deposit being forfeited. Please understand that this is for your health and safety. A doctor’s clearance form is required before rebooking an appointment. Isabella is not under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. It is the responsibility of the client to notify and disclose any known allergies or skin sensitivity upon booking and whilst in consultation.
LIABILITIES
Nail'd It By Bella is not under any circumstances responsible for any allergic/adverse reactions to products. Nail'd It By Bella always maintains current first aid qualifications and will be able to mitigate potential risks and manage any incidents accordingly.
SOCIAL MEDIA IMAGE CONSENT
If you do not consent to images of you being uploaded on social media please inform Isabella during the appointment.
REMOVING FOREIGN NAIL ENHANCEMENTS
Nail’d It By Bella does not remove, infill or work on sets that were not completed by Isabella. Please arrive at your appointment with bare nails if you do not have work completed by Isabella. Arriving at your appointment with another artist's work results in your deposit being forfeited and your appointment cancelled.
CALL OUT FEE/ PARKING FEES
Call-out fees apply for OUT-OF-SALON services only. This price will be discussed upon enquiry and will be included in the total price quoted for the service required.
In circumstances when parking fees are incurred as a result of the location of the appointment, the client will be required to cover the charges. E.g. parking fee(s) eg street parking etc.
